Provider and engagement

Farabi360 is a commercial brand operated by Farabi – Sole Proprietorship in Egypt. Services are supplied against an agreed written scope and formal quotation. An enquiry or published indicative starting price does not constitute a binding offer or acceptance of a contract.

After sufficient information has been received to determine the requirements and scope, Farabi360 prepares a formal quotation defining the scope, deliverables, responsibilities, dependencies, payment terms and any applicable phases or service levels.

Scope and responsibilities

The quotation identifies deliverables, responsibilities, dependencies and any support arrangements. Changes to requirements are reviewed and agreed before additional work proceeds. The customer is responsible for providing authorised materials, approvals and access needed for the agreed work. Do not send credentials through the website form.

Ownership and third-party services

Intellectual-property rights, licences, handover materials and third-party charges must be specified in the engagement agreement. Third-party platforms and providers retain their own applicable terms. NELC alone awards its accreditation; Farabi360 does not grant or guarantee accreditation.

Response and quotation timing

We acknowledge contact and enquiry requests within two business days. Once sufficient information has been received to confirm the requirements and scope, we aim to issue the formal quotation within 5 to 10 business days. Complex engagements or requirements needing additional technical assessment may take longer, in which case the customer will be informed.

Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms and the contractual relationship are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. The competent courts of Suez shall have jurisdiction over disputes unless the applicable quotation or contract expressly provides otherwise, without prejudice to any mandatory legal provisions that may apply.
