Information in an enquiry
The form requests contact name, organisation, business email, service interest and a short brief. Telephone, country, timeline and relevant project context are optional. Please do not include learner records, credentials, payment information or other sensitive information.
Purpose and handling
Enquiry information is used to communicate with the requester, understand requirements, prepare a possible quotation, manage related business follow-up and protect the website against abuse. Hosting, email, payment or other technical service providers may process relevant data where necessary to provide those services, subject to the applicable arrangements.
Security and limited logging
The website does not request card data or account passwords. Operational enquiry logs contain only a reference, timestamp and delivery outcome. Short-lived keyed identifiers support abuse prevention.
Your requests and cookies
Contact info@farabi360.com for privacy enquiries, questions about submitted enquiry information, or requests for correction or deletion, subject to applicable requirements. We acknowledge requests within two business days. This website has no analytics, advertising pixels or nonessential cookies.
Payment providers
When online payment is offered, the transaction is processed by an authorised third-party payment provider under that provider’s applicable privacy and security terms. Farabi360’s website does not collect or store payment-card details.
Data retention
Technical operational and security logs associated with website enquiries are retained for up to 7 days. Enquiry information that does not result in an engagement is normally deleted within 30 days after the enquiry is closed unless there is a legal or legitimate need to retain it longer. Records relating to quotations, contracts, invoices and active or completed engagements are retained for the periods necessary to meet contractual, legal, accounting and tax obligations.
Review cycle: annually and following material changes.
