Refund & Cancellation

Cancellation before work begins

Customers may request cancellation by contacting info@farabi360.com and quoting the relevant quotation or invoice reference.

For business-to-business engagements, unless the quotation or contract provides otherwise, cancellation after acceptance of the quotation but before work begins may be subject to an administrative cancellation charge of up to 10% of the quotation value, together with any actual non-refundable third-party costs or commitments already incurred.

If no work has begun and no actual non-refundable costs have been committed, any refund is handled in accordance with the quotation and applicable law, with actual non-refundable payment-processing charges deducted only where legally permissible.

Work already commenced

Once work has started, any amount payable or refundable is determined according to work performed, completed or accepted milestones, existing commitments, actual third-party costs and the applicable quotation or contract.

Taxes and charges

Taxes are handled in accordance with applicable tax law, including any legally required adjustment or refund. Taxes must not be described as universally non-refundable where applicable law requires an adjustment.

Consumer rights

Nothing in this policy limits mandatory consumer rights where consumer-protection legislation or other mandatory law applies.

Recurring and managed services

Notice periods, renewal and cancellation arrangements for hosting, support or managed services are specified in the applicable quotation or service agreement.
